This application is for vendor space at the 2nd annual Hudson Valley Kite Festival.
Location: Kingston Point Beach, 102-144 Delaware Ave.
We are expecting 1,500+ people at this event.
Please be advised that all food, beverages, snacks, and edible items at this event are exclusively provided by Royalty Concessions. We are not accepting any additional food vendors at this time.
This policy encompasses all consumable items, including but not limited to desserts, snacks, and refreshments.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Selling Products and Services: $50
Information Only: $25
Vendor setup time will be between 8AM-10AM
All vendors must provide their own tent, table and chairs. The space specifications are 10x10.
Vendors are also responsible for their own electricity if needed.
