This free event is designed to bring families together for two full days of fun, creativity, and Halloween magic.

The festivities begin with a vibrant parade on Saturday, departing from Pine Grove Avenue near the YMCA in Kingston at 2:00 PM and concluding at Kingston Plaza near Hannaford Supermarket by 3:00 PM. We welcome participation from all community organizations, businesses, churches, individuals, groups, and residents—whether you’re walking, driving a vehicle, or part of a band, there’s a place for you in the procession!
